The “No Blue Wave” Relief Rally Continues

The stock market just completed one of its best months in history, as measured by the Dow Jones Industrials. Catching many investors by surprise, the old-fashioned cyclical and value stocks soared in November. It stands to reason as many of the industries that led the rally this month were the stocks beaten down by fear at the media’s insistence that a “Blue Wave” was about to be unleashed come Nov. 3rd. Instead, gridlock happened and the exodus from value (energy as an example) reversed and turned into a stampede back in.

As we wrote a few weeks ago, many abuses from the election night (and the days that followed) continue to be uncovered and they must be properly investigated. That is how you put America first and not a party. Ask yourself: If there is nothing to hide, why would anyone object to careful examinations?

Our Current Market Outlook remains “Market in an Uptrend” with a “green” light. Three of our Core Four indicators are green, and one is now red. While this combination still signals a bullish outlook, it is growing closer to a signal change to yellow as excessive optimism has grown with multiple recent Covid-19 vaccine announcements.

Tomorrow, December 1st, should be an up day as “first day of the month inflows” cascade in. Keep a keen eye open for any additional Distribution Days in the first 2 weeks of the new month. That type of action combined with a downward price violation of the 21 day moving averages of the main indexes would spell trouble.

What is an investor to do now? Review your recent purchases and take at least partial profits where your gains have exceeded 20-25% in a few weeks. Keep praying for our country. Be willing to fight for voter integrity in your country.
